  DONT EVER USE !! Worst ever. Took off from work for a scheduled pick up of our dryer and they called the day of to reschedule to the next day at 9am. Took off yet another day of work and 11am comes and goes and no one to pick it up. Called yet again and they said sorry have to reschedule yet again. Won't offer any money back won't even let me physically drop off the dryer where it needs to go. Oh ya and they are still billing me for it even though I have tried to return it for almost 3 weeks now ! worst customer service I've dealt with. More painful than dealing with cable company !
