  I've worked with this store for a little over a year now (since before the change in ownership). The new owner of the store, Phil, is very helpful and professional, especially with more complicated requests. The rest of the crew is polite, albeit a bit less consistent or experienced. Nevertheless, I get good service, and if a mistake is made on their end of the spectrum (which is inevitable as with any business), they are always willing to go the extra mile to make up for it. ALSO-- Access to printing techniques that are rare in-state is a huge selling point for me. If it weren't for the DTG-White printing and the ability to do irregular placements, I surely would have caved and payed for oversees production. The only reason I am rating this 4 stars, is because in the past there has been issues with meeting agreed-upon production deadlines, which has tested the patience of my customers. However, this inconvenience only ever seemed to happen when dealing with one particular employee, who I have not worked with or heard from since.
