  Staff there needs to get retrained on proper customer service. I usually go to the cvs on main and 50th street which are amazing. Staff on brookside needs to get a full hands on training from that cvs on main. Specially their supervisor Janet, who has not respect for customers and acts like a high school student, when you try to use the cvs coupons. Cvs coupons are there for a reason, of a customer uses them or doesn't, that is their call not hers. She gets snappy and gives you attitude for no reason and not assessing the situation. Rolling your eyes at a customer and talking bad when customer is exiting the building, what is she 5yrs old now. Then stating she can refuse customer service to anyone, specially after I called her out for being rude. So I told her you are going to refuse to sell me an item because I called you out on your rudeness. I don't have time for a 40+ woman on age to be acting like a child and being dramatic. Go back and get some proper customer service skills because she lacks them.
