  I went in to may a payment via moneygram. The checker somehow mistakenly did a money order instead of processing the payment. From there it went down hill. The supervisor, Pat, was rude, arrogant, and wouldn't solve the problem. I had to call another store and get another stores manager to help. Even then she refused to help solve the problem. She even played childish games like when she went to call moneygram I said, how about I just keep the money order and pay the extra fee. She hung up the phone and said "I need you quiet so we will call again". Really, she is going to treat me like a little kid? This type of treatment and most likely comes from the top down. I can't imagine someone thinking it is ok to treat a customer like this unless the manager has customer service issues themselves. I would avoid this store. It certainly is not an example of what CVS normally is. There is a great walgreens in town center plaza or a super CVS just up the road on Wornall.
