  The GameStop franchise, as a whole, has drastically gone downhill in customer support the last couple of years, with this year being the absolute worst. I've been to several local KC GameStop locations this year and every single one of them was rude, some of them straight up lied to me. But I think this particular store is the worst. I used to love going to this store. The employees WERE fantastic. They were helpful, polite, patient, everything. A month ago or so I went in to trade in my XBox One S, and from the very moment I walked through the door, they were rude and belligerent and "joked" that they didn't want me in there. While conducting business with them, they continued to make jokes at my expense and laugh at me, became visibly angry and rough with my equipment and proceeded to call me a liar to my face. I have not set foot in that store since and I will never again give them my business. You don't make fun of customers and then call them a liar. Th most rude, disrespectful people I have come across in customer service.
