- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆April 30, 2020, by Donald EgbertNeeded some trim for a floor. An employee happened to be stocking shelves in that aisle. I asked him about the trim and he replied, "It's right there," obviously not wanting to be bothered helping a customer. I asked about getting it cut and he replied, "You can cut it yourself!" I have always had bad service at Home Depot and my expectations there are very low, but THIS was enough! I will go anywhere else and pay more if necessary before I ever go back to Home Depot again. They should go out of business.
