  Guy at shop has had my lap for over 45 days! On May 12, 2014 I took my laptop to shop, and as of 07/12/14 laptop still has not been fixed. He tired to return the laptop to me in 100 different piece. When I told him he need to put the lap back together. Screen was detached from and key board and there was other missing piece. He tired to say he has been trying to contact we to inform me about the problems with the laptop. He only called once back on June 14, 2014. When he told me what was wrong with the laptop and he encountered another problem that he would have to fix. When I walked into the store on 07/12/14, he could not give me a logical reason why laptop was still not fixed. He kept saying the store had been robbed, employees have stole customer merchandise, he had full behind on bookkeeping, and he had "Security" he had to do! Plus he wants to start saying he had other projects/laptops to work on before he could get to mine. Come on, you have had my lap top for over 45 days, and you could not find time to work on my laptop within those 45 days! Charges customers wrong tax rates! Please don't take Laptops to his guy.
