  My experience with KCAV, and especially their Technician Joe Bergen who was assigned to my case, has been nothing less than exceptional. The knowledge, patience, professionalism, along with the attention to detail and communication skills demonstrated deserves nothing less than a 5 Star Rating, and I'm stubborn. I had a particularly challenging situation and the Staff, from top to bottom were of the highest caliber. I assume that I was assigned their best technician, and that really paid dividends for me and my Organization. Keep up the good works guys!!!

  KCAV went above and way beyond when installing the sound and video system in our new gym. It was a great pleasure on our end to work with a company and its employees that had our best interests in mind the whole time even though it may have been an inconvenience for them. KCAV definitely made us feel like we were the only customer they had.
