  They need more help!!! Workers didnt know anything about merchandise. Asked 2 employees and they said the didnt know!! So maybe they need to train their employees before they set them free!! Spent over $300.00 on back to school clothes for my grandchildren.

  I was at this Old Navy this last weekend. There was a very long line of people and one young girl working the register and no other employees in sight. I asked a lady in line to hold my place, as people were getting very upset. I found a gentleman on his phone who didn't seem to care. I told him that there were several people in line who were getting very upset and that it would behoove him to call some more checkers to the registers. The lady who waited on me after some FINALLY came said she was the manager. When I told her what a terrible experience it was she did not seem to care at all. I will NEVER go in this Old Navy again. Many of the customers in line said that this particular Old Navy is known to be bad. Old Navy............you have a problem here and need to get it fixed. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE.
