  Purchased a refrigerator plus delivery. Refrigerator was not delivered in the morning, as promised, or any time during the afternoon or evening of the day it was supposed to be delivered. We received the runaround after altering our work day. First the Sears lady blamed the other Sears lady who took our payment. Then they blamed the delivery company. Spoke to the delivery company, they blamed Sears. Called back to Sears, they couldn’t even confirm that the refrigerator had even been put on the delivery truck. The lady also said this is a common occurrence with the delivery company, to which I asked why they were still using them if that was the case. She blamed the manager, Derrick, and Sears as a whole. This is only a small portion of the runaround and blame game we received and would more than likely still be receiving if we wouldn’t have just told them to have our money ready tomorrow morning and that we will be taking our business/money elsewhere. Spend your money on a reputable company - not Sears.
