  As a first time homebuyer, I went in to their store to inquire about types of paint and colors. For every question I asked, I was treated as if I were incompetent by a salesman named Mark. I left their store feeling like I had been treated like an idiot for being a woman with questions. I will never buy any Sherwin-Williams products because of their complete lack of customer service.

  Went in thinking I would get better advice than from a big box store but was not acknowledged the entire time I was there. So ended up going back to Home Depot.
