  I rarely write on-line customer reviews. However, I was very impressed with the custom service at this store. Even though they were very busy, someone looked me in the eye as I walked in and greeted me before I could complete the walk-up registration / get in line kiosk. The service techs set my expectation that it would be 1 hour to 90 minutes and told me briefly about the procedure and why it takes that period of time to repair. They repaired my phone camera in just under an hour. Very friendly personable staff at the store while I was there. You just don't get to experience that kind of customer service that often. So I thought it was important to let others know that good customer service still exists out there.
