    Been a Sprint customer since Nextel. Mikaela worked over 1 hour trying to assist me with an HTC10 issue. BTW the HTC is with another provider. Thanks for the help! Cookie Sparks

    Had purchased insurance on all my phones for family when changed over to Sprint. I have had nothing but horrible experiences from this store since I moved here in August if 2017. Tried to get some service this weekend after my sisters phone got knocked into a sink by another lady when Bowling Saturday. They did nothing but a hard reset on it and gave it back and said that was all it needed. Took the phone in Sunday after it completely stopped working. Told me I had to pay 50 bucks or buy out the contract and get a new phone. Then when we were discussing how maybe they needed to try and answer come questions, I then found out that my bill was going up even higher due to contract discounts ending this month. I was never told or had an email sent out to explain these new developments and boy am I ticked off. They even took out payment on auto pay sooner than agreed this month which cost me an additional 25 bucks. This company has serious issues with their ethics as well as customer service. I'm going to try and get out of this if I can find someway to do this without costing me a ton more of money. They suck!

    Just received absolutely terrible service. Was told by the floor manager "Taj Hill" that he could care less about losing my business of 10 years. He then raised his voice saying that if persisted with my issue he would ask me to leave. Will be filing a formal complaint with sprint.
