  Sprint did not tell me the true to have auto payment $5.00 discount. Amazingly I need to change plan. Something I wouldn't do. Now I am searching other companies after giving more than $30,000.00 in more than a decade.

  I would give a ZERO stars if I could. They lie to you and the manager is just as bad as the employees. I was promised a phone call by my the manager two days ago! How that store stays in business is beyond me.. and why Sprint allows them to work for them is amazing.. I'm finding out who is over their heads to complain about them!
