  After a decade of buying at this store, will no longer be using them for any AT&T cell phone-related services. I had a nightmare experience on my latest iPhone upgrade. Was asked if I wanted insurance on my new phone. Said "No." Found out later that it was placed on the account, anyway. Was up-sold an iPad and told the only cost would be just an additional $10 a month on my bill, plus taxes. Even with specific follow-up questions, I didn't find out about a $45 activation fee, or the $13 of monthly insurance also added despite being told "NO INSURANCE" until after the next bill posted. After three hours with AT&T customer service over two separate encounters, I was able to get the insurance charges removed and the hidden activation fee removed as well. But the cherry on the top was finding out the screen protector I purchased that day - which I was hesitant to buy but pulled the trigger on because the agent "helping" me told I could return it any time - had to be returned inside a 14-day window. When the situation was explained to the store manager during an attempt to return this, all she would say is "I'm sorry, I can't do anything about it" - didn't even apologize for her employee's poor service and misleading comments. I'd find an alternative place to do your business, and if you do end up with these folks, make sure you get specific answers and read every single word on anything they hand you, even if you have already had a conversation that addressed your questions. You might also consider recording the whole thing, just in case you need it.
