  My phone blackscreened. I went in for some assistance. They asked if the phone was on...i said yes it was because it was vibrating and I had a phone call coming in. They then proceeded to try and reset it...which foe my phone cannot be done if the phone is on...and when someone else tried to tell them how to hard shut off the phone they were incredibly rude to him as well. And the entire time they just kept trying to sell me a phone I do not need. When I informed them once again that I was not buying a phone today they told me to go to phone medic and walked away. Um...no. phone medic is closed and I asked you for help. I went outside to leave and the male customer who had attempted to assist before helped me fix my phone. It literally took 2 minutes. They should specify on the door that it is just a phone store and that they do not offer customer assistance to anyone who already has a phone plan and a phone.
